Giselle Beiguelman (São Paulo-SP, 1962) is a media artist and curator of Sergio Motta Art and Technology Award, who teaches Creative Digital Processes with media at the Communication and Semiotics Graduate Program at the Catholic University of São Paulo. Beiguelman’s work appears in important anthologies and guides devoted to digital arts and has been presented in international venues such as Net_Condition (ZKM, Germany), el final del eclipse (Fundación Telefonica, Madrid), the 25th São Paulo Biennial and Algorithmic Revolution (ZKM), among many others. Jose Carlos Silvestre holds an Engineering degree by Universidade de Brasilia, Brazil and is pursuing a M.A. degree in Technologies of Intelligence and Digital Design at the Catholic University of Sao Paulo. His artistic and research interests include Electronic Literature, Mobile Art, Glitch Art and the cultural ramifications of Human-Machine interactions.
